Placing an order only takes a few simple steps and require a prescription and confirmation before we can make your medication for you. A tracking number is emailed to the email we have on file once your order has been dispatched. Always check your junk mail as well. Currently we use third party couriers that we can contact to investigate your order progress, however once the items leave our premises, we have very little control over their shipping methods. Please allow up to 1-3 business days once dispatched for your order to arrive.
With our large influx of calls, to reduce waiting time for our patients we only have one direct line (1300 900 939) with Teneriffe as an exception (07 3257 0854). Our team are dedicated to service you as soon as humanly possible and can direct your call as needed. Please provide us with feedback if this is not the case.
