  • How do I place an order?
    Placing an order only takes a few simple steps and require a prescription and confirmation before we can make your medication for you.   • What are your contact details?

  • Do you have my repeats on file?
    If you are unsure of how many repeats you have left on your prescription, it is listed on the right of your medication label like so: (Rpts: 1). If you are still unsure you can always give one of our friendly staff members a call and we will be able to assist you.
  • What is the turnaround time frame for a quote?
    We endeavor to respond to all quote enquiries within 24 hours of receiving a photo of your prescription. This may fluctuate depending on the complexity of the compound formula or if any further information is required from your doctor regarding your medication.
  • Can you fill my regular prescription as well?
    As a compounding lab we do not offer any commercially available items, however if a particular item is out of stock or unavailable commercially, we can evaluate your prescription and compound it for you if appropriate to do so in line with state guidelines.
  • Can I drop off my prescription and collect my medication straight away?
    Compounded medication can take up to 24 hours once confirmed as our technicians personally make it up for you in our lab. We endeavour however to have your medication ready as soon as possible.
  • Where can I collect from?
    You can collect from any of our pickup locations in QLD (Brendale, Aspley, Teneriffe, Maroochydore) or VIC (Hawthorn). Our location addresses are listed on our website. Alternatively, you can opt to have your medication express posted directly to you for a small postage fee
  • I don’t have a postage tracking number, how do I track my order?
    A tracking number is emailed to the email we have on file once your order has been dispatched. Always check your junk mail as well. Currently we use third party couriers that we can contact to investigate your order progress, however once the items leave our premises, we have very little control over their shipping methods. Please allow up to 1-3 business days once dispatched for your order to arrive.
  • Do you accept E-scripts?
    Yes, we do! Simply send us through your e-script link via email or send us a screenshot of your QR code (including numerical code) and our team will be in touch to confirm and place your order for you as soon as possible
  • When will my card be charged?
    Your payment will be processed between the time your order is placed and when your medication is dispensed.
  • Are you open over the weekend?
    Our operating hours for each location are listed on our website. We operate Monday to Friday and close over the weekends.
  • Does Teneriffe/ Maroochy/ Aspley have a direct line I can call?
    With our large influx of calls, to reduce waiting time for our patients we only have one direct line (1300 900 939) with Teneriffe as an exception (07 3257 0854). Our team are dedicated to service you as soon as humanly possible and can direct your call as needed. Please provide us with feedback if this is not the case.
  • Where can I provide feedback?
    Please email us at info@yscp.com.au or fill out our feedback contact form on our website to give us any feedback regarding our service.
